Sewage in a crawlspace cleanup in Belmont Ca

This Customer was referred to us by our local supply store in Redwood City . She was shopping for disinfectant to remove what she thought was mold . He told her  that she better contact a professional for a free inspection before she purchased the item .

Upon inspection The white podwer she thought was mold  turned out to be EFFLORESCENCE which told me there was some kind of water intrusion in opposite side of wall .

When we opened the crawlspace above the stairs,  we found a kitchen sewer pipe that had been leaking  for quite some time  causing  the efflorescence to form below 

We cleaned the area so the plumber could make necessary repair .

We also sanitized and encapsulated the cement wall !!
