South San Francisco Wet ceiling water damage
Customer called us out because of a bubble on ceiling . He was suspicious of a leak coming from his neighbors unit above.
Customer was correct , we found a small leak coming from bathtub drain . The wet Sheetrock had to be cut and wet insulation removed so plumbers could fix the pipe . Area was dried and cleaned .
