Mold Remediation: Three-Phase Process Complete!
We just finished a full mold remediation, keeping safety and cleanliness as our top priorities.
Phase 1 – Containment & Safety:
Set up zippers, zip poles, and floor protection
Negative pressure air scrubber to remove contaminants
Full PPE for our team.
Phase 2 – Demolition & Deep Cleaning:
Removed contaminated drywall, doors, trim, casing, nails, screws, and affected tiles.
HEPA vacuuming & antimicrobial wipe-down from top to bottom, walls and floor.
Phase 3 – Drying & Restoration:
Dehumidifiers ran for 3 days to ensure complete drying.
