Our team recently completed a full mold remediation protocol inside vaulted ceilings. This project was handled in three essential phases to ensure safety, precision, and long-term protection:
Phase 1: Containment & Setup: We isolated the affected areas and installed proper containment to protect the home during remediation.
Phase 2: Removal & Treatment: - All compromised materials were safely removed, and the structural surfaces were treated to eliminate mold at its source.
Phase 3: Final Cleaning & Clearance: We performed detailed HEPA vacuuming, sanitizing, and preparation for reconstruction, leaving the space safe and ready for the next steps.
At All Action Water Damage, we focus on delivering reliable, high-quality remediation with care and professionalism.

Here you can see the cavity after the cleanup and mold treatment phase. All wood framing and surrounding surfaces were cleaned and treated with antimicrobial solutions to eliminate mold and stabilize the structure.

This image shows the final phase: the cavity has been fully HEPA-vacuumed, sanitized, and prepped for reconstruction. This ensures the entire vaulted ceiling area is safe, dry, and ready for rebuild.

This area shows the initial phase where we removed the damaged ceiling materials to expose the framing and insulation. Opening this section allows us to locate hidden moisture and mold inside the vaulted ceiling cavity before treatment begins.
